The Oscar winner Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied finally got married in a Jewish ceremony in Big Sur, California. Natalie Portman dressed in a chic tea length wedding dress, by her favorite designer, Rodarte.
Portman’s chic white wedding dress was tea length and included a sheer overlay that covered Portman’s chest and arms. Portman finished off the look with nude shoes, a floral crown and a veil.
The actress has previously worn gowns by the label at various press events and when she won an Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in "Black Swan" in 2011. The label also designed her tutu dresses for Black Swan.
The 35-year-old ballet dancer and choreographer, met on the set of "Black Swan" in 2009. Benjamin Millepied was a choreographer for the film and also had a small role as a dancer alongside Portman’s character. In December 2010, the couple announced their engagement and Portman’s pregnancy. Natalie Portman gave birth to a son, Aleph, in June 2011.
Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied first set off marriage rumors earlier this year when they were both spotted on the red carpet of the Oscars wearing rings on their left fingers, where wedding rings are traditionally worn in western cultures.
Millepied was born in France and has danced as the principal dancer with the New York City Ballet. He has choreographed several productions and was one of the choreographers of "Black Swan". Last year, he was made a Chevalier, or knight, in the Order of Arts and Letters by the French Ministry of Culture.
We hope Natalie Portman would live happily ever after with her prince. From the wedding details, we can see that they are making great!
